Nourie provides personalized meal planning tools designed for individuals taking GLP-1 receptor agonist medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound). The Service generates meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, and nutritional information based on user-provided preferences and health data.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Nourie is not a medical service. The meal plans, recipes, nutritional information, and blog content provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult your healthcare provider before making dietary changes, especially while taking GLP-1 medications.
  • Do not rely on Nourie as a substitute for professional medical advice.
  • If you experience adverse health effects, discontinue use and contact your healthcare provider immediately.
  • Nutritional information provided is estimated and may vary based on ingredient brands, preparation methods, and portion sizes.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your password and account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nourie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Health outcomes resulting from following meal plans or recipes.
  • Allergic reactions to recommended foods.
  • Interactions between dietary recommendations and your medications.
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to the Service
